What is a spread?

A spread is the difference between buy and sell prices. At Western Capital.com we offer both fixed spreads and variable spreads.

Spread is measured in pips.

For example if the buy price for EUR/USD is 1.045 and sell price 1.043, it means that the EUR/USD spread is 2 pips.
